Began reading excerpts from Walden; read "Where I Lived and What I Lived for" (382--386) and discussed questions and observations.

HOMEWORK: Read "Solitude" and "The Pond in Winter" (386--388) and write two double entry journal notes on noteworthy passages on any part of the Walden excerpts so far.
